They have 1 big group site that you have to reserve. They have 5 or 6 smaller sites that are first come first serve. We got there at 7:30 Friday morning and there was only one site left, they fill up fast. You put cash in the money box for the site you want. They have running water and flush toilets. Nice campground with lots of trees and a small river running right next to the sites but there are lots of cows in the area.
I believe they are first come first serve. But I am not sure.
We reserved a spot. But there we still open spots to reserve over the 4th of July weekend.
