Get there early. They dont refresh as often as the day progresses and some stuff gets hard and cold and only replaced when requests are made.
Yes they do serve breakfast during the week and it is over act 11 o'clock And I believe they open up at 7:00 a.m.
Good question I was just thinking about that myself. I don't know yet.
