I went to pick up my order , pushed the button and then waited over 20 minutes before anybody came out to help me. I had to get a manager to call for someone to come out .Once they did they brought me an item that was without a sprayer. I complained and was told that's what I ordered. So I showed him a picture of what I ordered with a sprayer. He went off and after a few minutes came back with a bottle with the sprayer .But the sprayer was unwrapped. Why? Other than that the product was okay but I feel the service stinks

Well it's in my neighborhood but I haven't been there in about 3 years so there are a good amount of changes in the store. There's a security guard at the entrance along with a motion sensor gate. Unfortunately one thing remains the same, the lack of cashiers for checkout but the checker at the exit (Ava) was most helpful and pleasant.

Shopping at Wyncote is always a nice experience this store has everything I’m there to purchase; it’s has open roomy spaces stock neat and orderly … great prices and newer on trend items to review and purchase. Employees are totally dedicated to their store and treat customers very kindly. The founder Mr. Walton would be proud of you all!

This guy here decides too take a phone break in the middle of the parking lot as I was trying too drive by. He made a hand gesture for me to go around !!! I pulled up to him and said “thank you, you are so kind” his response “I know” !!
I frequent this Walmart. For the most part the employees are always kind TO ME, but I’ve witnessed some being rude to others.
Lines are always long, but I come prepared too wait 20-30 minutes (sometimes longer).
Yes it's been a little crazy but I think for the most part of that particular Walmart tries to do their best I am encouraged with a lot of the Walmart some of them aren't as neat and clean on the inside little messy but that particular Walmart they I think they try pretty good to do their best I did hear about the new thing with the delivery but I was told that it was online so I'm not sure how good that's going to work you know how that online ordering can be. But I'll have to try it someday and see how good it is especially since I'm not driving right now but enjoy
Why does customer service have you on hold so long?

I think it's just like any other customer service I would call corporate office when I can not get through I call the next person in line I do it often I once called corporate and they called the Wal-Mart that I needed to speak to someone they were very courteous and got me a manager in sixty seconds or so.
Not sure I have never copied anything there but if you are close to Roosevelt mall there is a Wal-Mart that might do it if not there is also a staples.
I agree that it would probably depend on the day and hour maybe you should just call them I am pretty sure that they will happily tell you after all they want your business it's what I would do and their hours of operation you should also.
I am not sure but that's a good question I never an opportunity to speak with a manager but if its a problem I would just call corporate give the store number tell them what's going on
I can see why customers dislike this practice.
I don't work for WalMart.
This is a common practice among retailers. Customers arriving 15 to 20 mins before closing are generally turned away. This allows them service the customers that are already inside and get them out by closing.
I use the Pharmacy at Cederbook, and usually, I shop at Willow Grove, Hatboro, or others out side the city. Philadelphia area, for-the-most-part, have many stores, that have poor service and customer assistance.
No they do not but might want to check ShopRite because I was there yesterday and their juice have a pretty good sale price and right now excluding giant a better deal than the rest.
