So today I chose here and I asked for the most expensive wash on the board. Everything looks great except my antenna was mangled. Don't they usually remove the antenna or is that on the customer? I'm really just asking.

No they don't remove the antennae from your vehicle; if you have an antennae that is removeable then its up to you to take it off before using the car wash
