What a rip off you pay for ultra and set the setting to hot but it is just a gimmick to make them more money!! No hot water and the ultra is 2 minutes more. I'm more mad about the hot water not being hot. Thank God it's just my washer that's broke!! Hate to see how much it costs for drying!! Two thumbs down!!

This is a horrible place to do laundry. My best advice is to go to one of the others then if all else fails go to Gridley
