I made an “appointment” for 6:30pm on a Friday. Going into it I knew I’d be waiting because Fridays are hectic. The staff were short, busy and understandably so. There were 3 people working there. THREE. One doctor, one nurse, and one for front desk. The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves. People don’t leave careers. They leave companies. That nurse was worn so thin she practically wanted to just cry while she was triaging me. I asked her if she was okay and she about lost it. She was doing so so much and I felt so bad. However the lady at the front was short, snappy and was on her phone a good bit of the hour I waited in the lobby without any communication to anyone about wait time expectations. I just feel like someone better get another nurse up in there and get the front desk woman some proper training on how not to be nasty to people who don’t feel good. Four stars because that dr and nurse were working their tails off to help as many people as they could. Ownership DO better for these women.

The workers were very professional . I got through in a timely manner. And I’m feeling much better after taking the meds. I would recommend FastMed urgent care in Harrisburg NC

Rude and Lazy. Harrisburg,NC Came in for employment Drug screen at 1:50pm, after standing at counter for 5 minutes then filling out required paperwork for screen was told closing early at 3pm today and could not do any drug screens an hour before closing. Time was 2:01pm and tinformed I could come back tomorrow. Unreal!! Will no longer refer any of our 800 employees to this company with this type of service.

Appt made for 2pm. Arrived at 155 pm, finally was done at 405pm. PA was friendly and helpful. Other employees did not enjoy their job. They over schedule. Will not return.
