I did talk to a guy but I don't know if he was management or not but she's done it to my car 3 different times and it really upset me to the point that I haven't been back since the last time she did it to my car and I almost want to cancel my membership even though I think they're the best car wash it just made me mad is all

Did you say something to management? I was there last week and they told me if there is anything I dont like or any problems to let them know immediately. I dont think I've seen that person? There is a blonde but nowhere near heavyset. Shes younger girl average build really nice. On the other end where you start I always get guys on that end.
