These people are so unprofessional and unreliable. They tell you they don't do walk-ins, and you have to make an appointment, yet their buddies just come in unannounced, and get their hair cut. If you're gonna have a "no walk-ins" policy, you should apply it equally across the board. When you do make an appointment, your guy either shows up half an hour late, or not at all. I don't know why they even bother to post business hours. They literally come to work whenever they feel like it. I feel if you didn't show up for your appointment, they wouldn't even notice, or care. It's like they don't care if they lose money or clients. I had my hair cut by three different guys, and only one of them did a proper job. Their so called "Master Barber", completely ruined my hair. He did one side perfectly, then just left the other side unfinished, so he could squeeze in his buddy who just walked in without an appointment. I looked ridiculous. It's pretty obvious that these guys only provide good service to their buddies.

Fade's is definitely a family friendly shop. You walk into a very clean and warm environment. Bart is excellent at listening and creating the perfect fade for my Son. Everyone who leaves this shop looks amazing!
