The office has various hours throughout the year. During the summer months, the office is open until 8 p.m. Firewood is delivered to your site so plan ahead. Ice is sold inside the store only, again plan accordingly.
It seems to be a very common problem with campgrounds.
I'm a customer, not an employee so can't tell you.
When I was there, they had a cell phone number posted by the office door for after hours contact.
