Absolutely beautiful view. I've been in the summer and the rocks were safe but visiting in the winter the rocks were very icy and slick, so definitely use caution when visiting. Worth the views anytime of the year, especially for sunset 🙌

Sweet overlook covered in graffiti, great view and good vibes. Met a group of cool explorers to share my experience with. Reminds me of Dan's rock further west in MD with all the colorful paint

Hike up to High rock is very rocky or you can drive there as well. Pretty overlook but too many people and too much graffiti but still a cool spot to check out

Sunset. It's a popular spot to watch the sun go down over the mountain.
Yes it's always open during the day. The gate up the mountain closes from dusk to dawn I believe
