Are there different paths? If so, are any stroller friendly? For reference our stroller can make it through the Robinson Preserve with no issues.

There are a lot of boardwalk paths that are stroller friendly. Some other paths beyond the boardwalk ones are not as accessible. Tree roots that stick up or steep inclines.

Yes you may bring a child on a stroller. There are lots of trails and people walking their dogs along with kids fishing near by. For the most part the paths are pretty cleared off. Just make sure your kids don't wander off without you as there are wasps nest under ground in bushy wooded areas. Usually you can hear them from a far away so don't let that stop you from going. It's a beautiful park.
