Having items removed, or quantities changed, from your online orders, and being notified they are ready for pickup is inexcusable. Edit - If the item was no longer in stock, then why call and tell me my order is ready for pickup? Having to make 2 trips to get my order of only 2 items defeats any time and fuel savings of driving a few more miles to get everything in 1 trip.
