Yes there is. First left then stay right and follow to the end. Also a pavilion with grills.

Plenty of sand bars that get pretty clean and clear when we don't have rain to put up a pavilion on and hang out those are on the north side of Emerson

There's a beach but its not recommended for swimming.

Follow the main road to the very end and there's a beach-like area. But I wouldn't consider it a beach really ... lots of people fish or bring dogs here. Some do swim... but personally I find the water from the river/bay not to be the cleanest. Also lots of boats zip by, so just be careful of that if you go out swimming

Several small water access areas for kayak launches. If you go to the end of the point there is a larger area where you could bring a lawn chair but I don't consider it a beach but more like a lake, bay, or river bank. Fun place to explore!

No. However there is access to water to put in kayaks
