Yes or they will be able to get it I used to deliver lumber and product to them and we carried composite decking further more if you're interested LLT building supply on Nebraska Ave in Tampa has deeply discounted decking made by tamko light cedar color I delivered it to them and LLT price is cheaper than anywhere else also as long as you can use the color they have in stock and I am talking about composite decking they changed the color scheme they have a lot of of this decking I do not know how much material you are going to need for your project but if you're interested in savings and the color in my opinion it is worth doing the research
I don't think so but they can probably order it for you cheaper then most places
