Again San Antonio Lumber Co comes through for me. Yes a few years ago I purchased my lumber package for my new home through them and was thrilled with the price, the delivery and the customer service ... the contractors were thrilled at the lumber quality and I was happy with the price. So helping my daughter with a little remodeling project, I needed a set of doors for the laundry room. Again a great quote (and I was spending a lot less money) free delivery and they beat the time estimates on when I could expect the doors from their shop. If you aren't using San Antonio Lumber for your project you are missing out on the best customer focused lumber yard around!! Thanks to the entire staff for your great service and materials.

Went in to buy a front entry door was given a book and asked if I was in hurry as could not order for two weeks?? Said no that was ok and emailed them the door I picked out and after two plus weeks I asked if it was ordered and was told not yet with no explanation. I waited two more weeks looking for update and have yet to get a response. I tried to give my business to a small business but guess I will go to Lowe's or Home Depot.

My custome builder purchased Anderson silver line windows from here, they were broken upon installation, screens don't fit, screen doors don't fit. Five months after moving in, windows still broke no help from San ann lumber, they blame their own vendors, yet leave customers with broken windows. Guess a complaint to the BBB is next!
