You did ping every local guide's phone in the area with a notification request to answer your question though. Bonus tip: you can ask for your steak seasoned any way you like and even have them throw it in the grill to sear in the grill marks like the outlaw ribeye has. Try the porterhouse, seasoned and seared like the outlaw ribeye. It's a whole different steak. I alternate between seasonings each time I go to keep it new.
