We have eaten here about 6-8 times and this evening was our most recent visit. Service has always been very good to excellent depending on the server. Everyone wants good service but good service is defined differently for each guest. We have never had any kind of bad service. That in itself is a great reason to go back. Oh, but let’s get to the food. Our steaks and sides have always been wonderful. Each visit has delivered consistently prepared meals. The combination of food and service is why we choose to give our business to LongHorn.

Food was expectedly good. Drinks was strong but good. Service was excellent. Brussels was better then most. They was busy but food came out quickly.

You're not wrong, but that's something to you should write in a review. Not a lot of people are gonna see it here in the questions area. You did ping every local guide's phone in the area with a notification request to answer your question though. Bonus tip: you can ask for your steak seasoned any way you like and even have them throw it in the grill to sear in the grill marks like the outlaw ribeye has. Try the porterhouse, seasoned and seared like the outlaw ribeye. It's a whole different steak. I alternate between seasonings each time I go to keep it new. Ask about it next time you visit if you didn't already know.
Not to my knowledge. But can only seat so many people at one time. I believe it's half of the capacity of the building.

Absolutely! They work basically for tips and they make sure your order is correct and pack it up for you.
