Went in for a oil change but the tech wasn't experienced and lifted our vehicle in the wrong spot snd bent the frame 1". Oil change was free.

Simple oil change on a F-150 and they couldn't get that right. Failed to wipe out the drip pan under the oil filter. Now I have a 2 foot oil stain on my driveway. Failed to put the cover back on the positive side of the battery, no attention to detail. Told me the battery was weak and needed replaced, had ot checked out elsewhere and quess what the battery is fine. I was going to have brakes replaced on another vehicle, bit not now. What of they miss a part on them. Attention to detail. Not at Firestone Brooksville.
