After visiting several communities my mother like The Grande the best for one obvious reason, they accommodate. She liked the location, security and affordability. The staff are always helpful. Her only complaint is there is too much food at meals.

My grandmother has lived at The Grande for about 8 months now. I am so thankful she made the decision to move there instead of staying home alone. It has been difficult not being able to see her due to the pandemic but I know she is in good hands. We talk almost every day and she tells me about all the precautions they have in place to keep them safe. They have been keeping everyone busy with altered activities. I can't wait to be able to hug my grandma but also the amazing staff. I highly recommend The Grande to anyone looking for assisted living!

The Grande certainly delivers retirement community living at it's FINEST!!. The warm and cozy home like atmosphere is by far the best I have seen in Independent and Assisted living communities. The residents enjoy many social activities and really engage well with the staff. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

We toured The Grande looking last fall looking to find a place for my dad, after seeing 3 or 4 other sites, we were tired and still on the fence. When we walked into The Grande, I felt a sense of relief. My husband and I were greeted with kind staff, we stayed for lunch in their main dining room, the food was good. It felt like home. We decided to bring dad back to take a look, and he loved it. He has been at there now for about 5 months, and always has wonderful things to say when we visit. thank you so much for making him feel right at home.

You can have a tv and bed size probably no bigger then a twin.
For my small one bedroom, I pay $1600/month. This includes 3***** meals each day, electricity, water, cable, wifi, laundry and transportation to all medical appointments, within Hernando County. Each room has a spacious bathroom, with a large shower that has 2 sitting areas and an adjustable shower nozzle that you can hold or put in a fixedholder. Someone cleans the rooms once a week; if you leave your linens out, they will change your sheets also. There are daily activities for everyone. The workers are extremely supportive, the residents are friendly. I really love it here.
The Grande IS NOT a government-subsidized facility. The cost of residency is dependent on the size and type of room you choose.
My Grandpa is there with his small dog and I know some of his neighbors have dogs too :)
