Is it possible to use vacuum without car wash in all car wash stations as it rains frequently? I understand it might be a silly question but just wanted to know from you all..

I would only use the vacuum without a wash if I were a Jerry's Carwash Club Member. It would be discourteous to not pay for a wash and use the vacuum if not a member. It would be worth asking. If you're using their resources, whether electric or trash bins, the right thing to do is to at the very least ask for permission. That gives them a chance to earn your future business.
