Very disappointed. Got the platinium wash and these pictures show the result. Was pressured to upgrade the interior wipe down and exterior wax. Once I said no I guess they decided they would just half a** the washing.

Not good at all. For the emission test on our vehicle, we were asked to step out of our vehicle. We have NEVER had to do that before! A young man drove off in our vehicle with my wife's purse still in the car. We were upset that he just drove off without saying in the first place they had to drive it. We thought he was pulling the vehicle into a bay. The manager was very hateful and rude and bowed up as if he was becoming aggressive because we questioned why the vehicle was driven away with the purse in the vehicle. The manager offered NO apology whatsoever, but did state, "You can search my employee when he gets back". What kind of a manager even would make that comment about his employees? We have used Cityview Car Wash & Oil for a lengthy time. Spending upwards of over $100 with each oil change and utilizing their car wash and detail. The car wash is great. The oil service and inspection services are very poorly ran with extremely poor management skills. If you use them for your vehicle, be aware that the manager is aggressive and will make you feel completely uncomfortable. You could tell the employees knew of his demeanor as they ALL stayed on the other end of the bays. Cityview Oil....Replace your manager before it's a problem with others. Enrique, Thank you for your professionalism and for the apology you provided when your own boss did not and would not. We will NOW start using someone else. Even if we have to pay twice the money to do so.

First time coming here and left off with a bad experience. Paid 25$ for what i thought would be a decent cleaning. Turns out i shouldve just done the job on my own…

Paid $71.00 for a mini/mini detail. Not pleased at all. Windows we’re streak filled, console cup holders were not even touched, vacuum was average at best and rear bumper looks untouched. Btw, paid an extra $6.00 for bug removal on the front grille/fin……🤦🏻 I would be ashamed if my employees put out this type of work, would not recommend this business to anyone.

What happens if you don't get your oil changed?

McKinney Landscaping & Tree Service | Sep 7, 2021
Cityview Car Wash & Oil Change (Owner) | Sep 8, 2021

By NOT changing your vehicle's oil on a regular basis, you risk damage to your engine, transmission and other moving parts of your vehicle. Your engine is made up of small components that require oil to lubricate them and keep them from rubbing against each other. When the oil eventually becomes dirty and thin over time, these moving parts could become damaged. This in turn may cause major damage to your engine.

Why Do I Even Need An Oil Change?

McKinney Landscaping & Tree Service | Oct 7, 2021
Cityview Car Wash & Oil Change (Owner) | Oct 8, 2021

You need to consistently change the oil in your car because if you don't , the motor can burn out. You need to feed a dog because if you don't, it will starve. You need to consistently change your air filter because if you don't, the motor can burn out. Your car needs a change of oil every 3,000 miles (5,000 km). If you don't do this, the motor can burn out.

Which motor oil is best for high-end, exotic cars?

Isabella Saunder | Oct 30, 2021
Cityview Car Wash & Oil Change (Owner) | Oct 31, 2021

The best motor oil for exotic cars is one that has the following characteristics: It should be formulated for modern engines. The oil should have a high enough viscosity index to provide protection from wear, especially on start-up. It should be made with a synthetic base oil or a combination of synthetics and conventional oils. Since it is very hard to make oil that meets all of these criteria, the best motor oil for exotic cars is going to be one that is a synthetic blend.

How Often Should You Change Engine Oil?

Arnika Arney | Oct 16, 2021
Cityview Car Wash & Oil Change (Owner) | Oct 17, 2021

You should change your engine oil at least every 3000 miles. If you drive a lot on the highway, your engine oil should be changed every 2500 miles or more often. In both cases, change your oil as soon as possible after the interval. Oil has a tendency to break down over time. In addition to those service items, some people suggest changing the fuel filter ever 30000 miles, but I don't think it's really necessary.
