Great place for a quick wash and vacuum! This was my first visit here and I’ll definitely be back. My car was full of dog hair, crumbs, leaves, dirt and who knows what else. I got the basic service which was $18 and my car was clean in less than 20 mins! I’m very impressed with the attention to detail while wiping down the dashboard and my front cup holders, too. Very satisfied!

This is the only place I'll go for oil changes now, they are fast and the waiting area is cute little coffee shop and it was wifi and ac. I always get the interior vacuuming with pet hair removal and they get it looking almost new again. It's better to go on a weekday, the weekends are crazy busy.

I arrived at University Car Wash just after 4:00. They were supposed to be open until 6:00 that day. We had just returned from a road trip so I needed an oil change and full service car wash. I was told I was too late for a full detail, so I opted for the deluxe wash. I was disappointed to find out they no longer offered a free basic wash with oil change. I went inside to wait and was called to check out soon after. I was told that they were closing early (it was not raining; it was because they were not busy) and were giving me a raincheck for a basic car wash. I explained that I had asked for the deluxe and she said they had already done the interior and all that was left was the wash. When I went to my car it was obvious they had not touched my interior. I went back a week later to get my wash and to try to explain that I needed the full deluxe wash I paid for. They said I was passed the three day window for the wash. When I pressed they got someone else. This woman said she remembered me, and that she had not charged me for my car wash when I checked out because she knew I was frustrated. I’m sure this is correct- I don’t have my credit card receipt (just raincheck and oil change print out). To top it off, my oil change receipt says my tire pressure was 35 psi in all 4 tires, but one hour later my tire light came on to warn me my back tires were at 28psi. Had to stop for air. I’m sure I caught them on a bad day- everyone just wanted to go home- but I feel I wasted $150 and a lot of time. I’ve been going here for years because of its convenience (and honestly the free wash with oil change) but I think next time I’ll try someplace else.

Their prices are triple what other places are now that they’ve raised them. If you get an oil change, it no longer comes with a free car wash. They vacuum your car with minimal effort - it doesn’t even look like my back seat was touched. Go somewhere else, I promise the convenience of the location isn’t worth it. I want to give 0 stars when 3 years ago they were the best place to go. Just now getting around to adding this in. Twice now after going to get an oil change, did the undercarriage of my car come loose. First time, thought I had just gone over a curb too far and knocked a bolt loose. This time, the next day it came loose and I hadn’t gone over a curb. Second time in under a year, there’s no other explanation. They don’t tighten the bolts correctly when putting the steel plate back on after draining the oil. I’m so angry at this place. I will never go back, EVER.
