The employees at the N Beach Fort Worth location were more interested in leaving, then making sure the customer was happy or even safe for that matter. They shut down the carwash with me in the middle of it. My car covered in soap and wax dabree, I had to lay on the horn because no one was paying any attention that there was a car still in the system. After 2 minutes of blowing the horn, they finally started the conveyor system to get my car out of the carwash, but yet they stopped it again, so let's repeat the horn blasting to get their attention one more time "Hey I'm still in here"! Drove around to the office and I asked what was going on, my car is still covered in soap and wax? The reply was "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are closed, here's a free carwash. Come back another day!" My next response was "My car is covered in soap and wax, what are you going to do about it?" Reply was "Sorry there is nothing we can do! We are closed! So you are going to send a customer off your property with their wheels and brakes covered in soap and wax. Do you know how dangerous that is? Reply was "Sorry we are closed" Then I did use a few colorful statements and told him in no uncertain terms exactly what I thought of their customer service.. Honestly I have never seen an establishment so unconcerned for their customers safety. I will be canceling my monthly subscription. I had no idea this is how Whitewater Carwash trains their management and their employees, Piss Poor customer service if you ask me. I would have run the customer back through because safety should be the 1st concern of any business.

Used to be an unlimited member. Cancelled after multiple washes with broken wash equipment. Horrible management who doesn’t fix problems. Just came by after a few months to try a wash and see if things are fixed. Nope still broke. Keep your vehicle looking good at another location. This one is not worth your money.

I went here to get a car wash. I paid $15 just to have to go somewhere else and actually get my car washed. There is still soap on my car. Nothing was ever sprayed on my car. The only soap is what was applied at the beginning of the 2 attendants who wiped the front and rear of my car. I will not be back i am so disappointed.

Having to update this review since an employee at their other location damaged my car and then the corporate office refused to repair it. The damage was caused by the employee, not the car wash itself.

yes you have to wave someone down or go inside
Drive up to the machine and choose the membership option.
I would only use the vacuum without a wash if I were a Jerry's Carwash Club Member. It would be discourteous to not pay for a wash and use the vacuum if not a member. It would be worth asking. If you're using their resources, whether electric or trash bins, the right thing to do is to at the very least ask for permission. That gives them a chance to earn your future business.
