That store is a franchise store, I would suggest asking the manager of the McDonald's when the owner will be in, that you have concerns to discuss with HIM.
They should have done it by now. Loosing customers. Bad reputation for mcdonald. Some franchise owners are lazy I guess
Sorry i don't know y they haven't got it fix. My suggested is call the corporate office & put a complaint in. Again im very sorry that i don't know y they haven't got it fixed yet
