Terrible place to unload, according to it is by appointment but even with an appointment they tell you that it does not appear to them and they will do you the favor of unloading you when they finish with those who do have an appointment and when finally after you arrived at 6 o'clock am and they give you a ramp at 4 pm they tell you that the load is lopsided and they can't unload you like that and they will unload you by hand, two days later we leave empty, the only good thing is that you can stay there to sleep, they have toilets clean and speak spanish!

It is been 3 hours still not receive any call for dock door and I talked to yard driver and he call them saying standby dock door is not available now but I look to the yard driver what you talking because it looks more than 50 dock doors are available but he told me there is not only one business and they got couple of business here but not believe him what he told me because they whole building look like one business to me and I came yesterday they told me my appointment is tomorrow yes I know my appointment is tomorrow but I tried if you guys want unloading me and today I’m waiting since 6:00am And now is 9:20am and still waiting but I called the office to find out what is going on I been told you been called to put trailer on dock door 85 I said no nobody call me yet but I will back up now while talking to her in main time someone was calling me from same building so I answered the call she told me about dock door so it looks they forgot it to call me because the dock door was available one hour and 30 minutes before that she assigned to me when I was backed up to the dock door there was a guy checking the dock door so I seen the wall separation inside building so yes yard driver was really guy couple businesses here it depends from who you taking load or delivering load but 9:45 I got the dock door so let see how they take for unloading but the started unloading as I backed up to dock door but keep in mind I did not seen any restroom for drivers but the yard is big enough for turning or backing up.
