You need a current and valid Texas driver's license or state photo ID showing you live in Northeast Texas to get a full library card. People living outside our service area can get temporary visitor cards for internet use. If you have questions, or need to discuss special circumstances, please call 972-205-2524. And yes, both cards are free. There is a $2 replacement fee if you lose it.
