Took 30min to get our food and it was cold,gave it to my dogs. As I was waiting for our meals i saw the young boy place chicken in the cooker with no glove and remove it with his hand and still no glove! We ordered burgers! This location puts whataburger to shame! Do not eat at thus location!

It was all great but they forgot my hash browns. Otherwise it was good and the wait time wasn't too bad. Training new people is hard work but the lady in charge had it.

Waited 40 minutes for an order placed online. It seems like they were only taking one order at a time, making it, paying it out and then taking another order. Not sure how many people were working but just seemed overly slow for a burger that gets cooked for 2 minutes

I used to live in Texas and missed their burgers. I stopped eating burgers, but had to try it again...It still tastes good! If you have a man-size hunger, and crave a great tasting burger, definitely stop here and get one...Get the triple if you're hungry. The price for a meal is very reasonable. Try their Dr. Pepper shake.

You should call and ask your question directly to the restaurant, Bill. The franchises never or very rarely, at least, respond on this forum.
The only reason I know the answer to this question is because I I know someone that works there. All of their food really is cooked fresh. When a burger is ordered at the drive-thru they put the meat on the grill at that time. That is why they have the two drive-thrus open at one time. This particular location just get so busy it is hard for them to keep up. Not making excuses but I am saying that they do get extremely busy and they do make the food fresh which takes a little bit longer. It is better, but it takes longer.
