I’m Leslie’s customer, they charge me for pool diagnostic $168 including trip charge of $45 now I’m asking for filter cleaning and they told me total will be $175 !! This is ridiculous and not professional how you deal with the business I would highly recommend ask for Pool Stop Shop better prices with same service

I just took a water sample in to get tested ( and spend $200 on chlorine). Now they have run out of test kits. How can a pool supply run out of test kits. I asked the boy if he could sample it manually and he said he was not trained to do that. How can a pool supply company not be trained to sample pool water chemistry? Leslie’s needs competition.
