I definitely want to give thanks to the maintenance man Adam. He’s very helpful anything I’ve see that need to be replaced or fixed around the property I see him let him know and he’s on it. The other day they had people come out and fix the stairs. They did a jack job of it but when I brought it to his attention he got it taken care of quickly and correct.

Adam is the guy! You need any assistance here at Sea Crest Apartments make sure and give him a shout he’s the guy to do the job. I came to this complex for a delivery and the meet and greet was A1. He’s apart of the maintenance team and I would definitely say this guy is a leader. Thanks Adam! 👍🏾

This complex is a little bit older, so there are definitely some issues related to the age of the buildings. Where Seacrest really shines, however, is in their maintenance team. They have AMAZING maintenance staff who are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. There is one maintenance man in particular who has responded to several of my work orders, and is a total gem! He’s even made friends with my cat. I am moving out of the area in June, but would definitely recommend Seacrest if you’re looking for an affordable, well-run apartment in the Garland/Richardson area.

Water came up from both sinks and overflowed, twice, in less than six months. Also, water was found in my dryer hose & damaged my brand new dryer. Called 5-6 times as an emergency call, took a day to show up AND sent me an email to not call so much. Complex charged “me” for damage. If you can afford to live somewhere else, that would be a good choice. I barely lasted a year. Use your diligence, because you get what you pay for…

Texas For Them in Garland will spay and neuter them for free or at extremely low cost. You have to trap them though. I think that the humane society provides free humane traps. Just have to do the research.
