Recently whilst I was in the office wanting to check the apartments out I overheard 2 of the office ladies gossiping about a review that was left on the website. The review was definitely a concern of mine because it claimed that the 2 office ladies were very rude and disrespectful to guest at the pool immediately I thought it was a lie because we all know how people can be when it comes to the pool and office ladies sometimes and the review sounded crazy lol but surprisingly the guest weren’t lying the office ladies like the review said were ACTUALLY very rude and disrespectful they were literally and I KID YOU NOT discussing writing a FAKE REVIEW on the page these office ladies are truly disgusting and ill if that’s how they treat their guest and they do IMMEDIATELY NEED TO BE FIRED that is so terrible and definitely not how you should treat anybody

I’ve been here for a little while now & I absolutely love the office staff. Krystal has always been respectful, out going & professional. Diana is absolutely amazing. Krystal makes sure that the complex is a nice environment for residents, you don’t hear loud music a lot of profanity. From the leasing office, maintenance, on down to my neighbors is nothing but respect. 10 stars all around.

my husband was at the pool playing music today when 2 women ( 1 white and 1 hispanic) came out and rudely told other residents who stayed there that they could not swim with there clothes on… the residents had no problem and proceeded to get out the pool HOWEVER as the white lady walked back into the office she turned around and yelled who’s loud music was playing FIRST OF ALL THE MUSIC WAS NOT LOUD AT ALL the hispanic lady asked if the music was the other residents they said no and responded that it was my husbands the very passive aggressive white lady then yelled very loudly and rudely that my husband “doesn’t even live in the apartments” first of all DO YOU EVEN KNOW EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT THAT STAYS IN THE APARTMENTS? NO so for you to assume that my husband (who is african american by the way) doesn’t even live there as a “office lady” was very rude and disrespectful…once my husband confirmed that he did live there she proceeded to roll her eyes and walk back away … I just want to say don’t live here and that these apartments are a terrible place to live that office lady should be FIRED because even if my husband didn’t live there AS THE OFFICE LADY THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TALK TO ANYONE PERIOD

No only 2 plus bedrooms
Well it's probably around 1400, but they also try to make you cover maintenance cost yourself and don't fix anything. So it's really more than 1400.
