Unprofessional and lazy. When it showed my battery was bad, I sought for assistance, and she advised me to look up the sort of battery for my car, as if that wasn't her job. She wasn't trying to help me at all. Autozone has a computer that can look up different parts for cars. She refused to help me out I wish I would’ve gotten her name.

We have received nothing but terrible service, specially from this lady that works there. She is very rude all around. Not helpful or friendly. We returned some product and found out that the refund was never processed. Every time we purchase a battery there, the battery never lasts. We have to keep exchanging it for another one. We won’t be shopping at this location ever again.

The employee’s take there time and do everything but wait on their customers. 4 employee’s were behind the counter but were more concerned about stock than ringing a person out. It has gotten to the point that I will take my business to O'Reilly. The service sucks at auto zone #2433. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store but will take my business elsewhere.

The staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you find what your looking for or point you in the direction to start looking. Management is amazing. Definitely the best auto zone store I've ever been to and I go alot.
