That happened to us also.!!
The manager came to our table and apologized which was very professorial of her and she paid for our meal and also gave us a free meal the next time we come. As far as the meal itself was awesome and plentiful. The waitress we had wasn't honest with us and I'm very sure the manager confronted her about the issue. I'd give this place a 10 in book!!!
We have never had bad service and we have been going there for a long time must have been an off day
They are usually pretty good about getting people in. Must have been an off day.
