In the campground yes. The hot water is bad for the dogs I have seen dogs paws burnt. Also shouldn't let them use the bathroom near the water. It is against FOREST service rules to have your dogs in the Hot springs. Glass is also not allowed. Please pack it in and pack it out!
Dogs are not allowed by the water, it's posted everywhere, however I have seen dogs down there
Well I thought maybe so on leash however I've only been there once and the other two answers sound accurate.
