This place is the best. Wow what a surprise we had no idea what we are getting into. Very authentic Idaho experience too with friendly locals around. Great campsites excellent geothermal waters too.

Wonderful hot springs.. I'm recommending this place to my camping friends. The only downside was the hell swarm of flies that errupted from the toilet..

This has got to be one of the better campgrounds I have been to. Scenery is top notch. Sounds of the river flowing is so relaxing especially at night to fall asleep to. The forest is so spectacular to look at. The high peaks and the low valleys were amazing sights. The hot springs not far away was a perfect touch. Their are different levels of pools made by whomever so you can find your own level of comfort in the hot springs. From scalding (closer to the actual start of the springs) to lukewarm, and everything in between unless you go outside the perimeters of the pools and into the river. Camp sites were clean and ready to use. Please leave it better than when you got there so the next person/people can enjoy it right away. Plenty of room per site. Vaulted bathrooms may be a deterrent for some people but the host(s) kept them pretty clean and if you follow the simple "keep it shut" rule, they have minimal insects inside and the smell isn't unbearable. One of them actually smelled fresh and I was surprised. Courteous campers not making tons of noise was such a relief. Nothing can ruin a relaxing time more than unruly campers. Not the case when I went. 4 days of peace and quiet. The wildlife around you was fun to watch although I'm pretty sure one of two things have been happening... Either people are leaving their food lying around and letting the chipmunks have a feast, or they're actually feeding them. Either way they are some bold little critters. Please don't feed them purposely, and please pick up after yourself/yourselves so they are not reliant on people. I would recommend this place to no one as I would love to keep this gem of a place to myself but since I cannot, I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience a great time in the forest.
