Street parking only. Around dinner hour it's tricky but if you make a lap you can usually find someone leaving. Otherwise it's not too far of a walk from most things in that area so parking block or two away isn't that bad. Enjoy the food-it's GREAT!
I'm an Ethiopian from St Paul. I went to Red Sea a couple of times and their food is great! Regarding parking, refer to others comments or call the restaurant itself as It has been long time since I went there because living in Saint Paul, I go to other great Ethiopian restaurants here! Good luck!
