When I signed up they didn't ask me for any proof of residency mail. Other cities have asked before, but the one here was all electronic and took approximately 5 minutes.

Hello Leon, library cards are free for customers who live, work, go to school, or own property inside of Tulsa County. You will need to bring in photo ID and one form of proof for these. A utility bill, bank statement, or pay check stub are all examples of items we would accept. Hope this helps!
