No reservations. First come, first served so plan accordingly based on high traffic times which you can see with this Google tool. If you have more than 4 or 5 in a party you'll likely be sitting in the outer perimeter area with views of the courtyard and bridge/river.
You can make any reservation with any amount of people
I don't believe they accept reservations. You could try the open table app though.
