Horrible experience rooms stink to high heaven very unsanitary not in the best neighborhood in lufkin tx people outside yelling at eachother people upstairs are very loud and disrespectful called front desk and complained and nothing has been done

I think the people around the neighbor hood drop there kids off to swim there. And there is a lot of traffic through there

That particular M6 seems to have a liberal atmosphere... I personally will never stay there again!

Its better to just hide under your sheets... Or run RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!

Ive been living here in the Motel 6 since Sept 2016. The rooms are always throughly cleaned, mind you if your in a smoking room theres gonna be smoke smell. Pets are allowed here so its hard to mask the smell of pets but they do a pretty good job. Theres nothing unsanitary here, they pride themselves on how clean, well kept the rooms and grounds are. Carol and Dina are both very amazing front desk workers they both do what they can to enhance your stay and keep you happy. As far as bad neighborhood its not that bad. Theres hardly ever anyone yelling or people loud, only times i notice that is when its a holiday or something or construction crews are staying here even then they quiet down after 10pm. If non guests are at the pool they are removed. Theres never any through traffic that ive noticed. Think about it, this Hotel is the cheapest in the area, that allows pets, has FREE wifi, FREE coffee every morning, Cable with hookups for game systems, some rooms have a fridge and microwave

Front desk don't have control of guess beheivor. Is a Hotel not a day care. Just saying. No complaints at all .
