Thrown together and uninspired. I love Cajun cuisine and this place seems like they read about it in a book and tried to emulate what they think Cajun seasoning and flavor palate taste like. The reliance on the deep fryer for most of the menu is telling. I always leave here feeling full of grease and knowing what I had could have been so much better if it had just been prepared with a little more care and a little less grease.

We stopped to eat at Ralph & Kacoo’s and Matt was spot on with the oysters. We love the Parmesan & Garlic, but all we sampled were delicious. We sat at the bar and Megan was great also. Good service and food, we will definitely return.

Haven't been there in a while. It's a 3 hr drive from my house, but in my opinion, well worth the trip. Updated menu is great and the food was prepared fairly well and tasted great. The choices cover a wide range, from all kinds of seafood, steaks, burgers, salads, spuds, and a miriad of sides. Something for every desire, including kids. Jose was our server. He is one of the best I've had. He knew the menu very well. I ordered the half dozen oyster appetizer,which he suggested he could combine 2 ( there's many to choose from)so I could have 3 of one and 3 of another. That's unheard of. The courses were delivered quickly, and timely, not rushed. They even have live entertainment in the evening. If you enjoy Louisiana cuisine, this is an excellent experience.

First time ever here and will definitely be going back. The waitress seemed overwhelmed with the big party but she managed, not very friendly but not rude, just had a lot on her mind possibly. The food was fresh it did not smell like seafood when you walked in and so that was a very good sign at a seafood restaurant to me that means everything is very fresh. The food was hot and all of our special requests were met with no problem and no extra charge and it was awesome great environment thank you again Ralph Kacoo's
