Parking is currently free. They are building a ticket booth for fee collection in the future. If you are a CT resident with valid CT vehicle registration your parking fee is covered by the $10 Passport to the Parks surcharge added to registration renewal and you will not be charged at the gate. If you are from out of state or have out of state plates, you will be charged.
Yes. But they seem to be building a checkpoint, which could some day be the place to collect money.
