Absolute nightmare getting prescriptions refilled. Informed it’s ready. Go there weekdays - pharmacy closed due to staffing issues. Pharmacy closed on weekends- staffing issues. Pharmacy closed for evening hours- staffing issues. Moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. With systematic problems like this maybe they should just go out of business.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY. The store is fine - folks at the counters are helpful, but if you rely on daily medication to keep you alive, or need antibiotics, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. They are regularly unable to fulfill doctor’s orders and will direct you to go to another pharmacy. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a competitor, where there’s better staffing and you’ll leave with medicine in hand.

The on the phone customer service does not work. I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to talk to a pharmacist and eventually got hung up on. I called back immediately and it said that I had to wait for three other people. Almost 1 hour of trying to contact the pharmacist with no luck. They're always seems to be a problem with this pharmacy and refilling prescriptions
