6/26/22: Had the bone in Southern fried chicken (4*, decent but Popeyes is better, hands down), with turnip greens (2*, had a weird flavor, def would not order again), and the hash brown casserole (4.25*, pretty good).

This place is a classic. Got the pot roast and it was good. The peach ice tea was special. I wished they kept serving it to me but the service was a little slow . Cat fish is also great. I didn't get the country fried steak this time but I will be back.

The second time I've been to cracker barrel. Our waiter was awesome the food was wonderful. We did have to wait a little bit but that really wasn't a bother. I'm definitely going to try and go back on the 19th after I see the new ghostbuster movie

I don't know. Perhaps you can visit their web site. I know they are in Connecticut and farther north. I have visited Cracker Barrel restaurants up to Rhode Island.
You must wear a mask to enter and only take off when seated. All employees wear masks. They have taken some tables out and others are designated to not be used so you are at least 6 feet from others. They also have a QR code on the table to look at the menu with your smartphone or you can get a paper menu. I felt very safe here.

Yes. Last time I got a gift card I ate dinner and had $10 left so I bought some mallowmars and other candy from the country store. I paid for the meal and candy all at the same time. Unless the policy changed but I doubt it.

They don't have a buffet but they have a lot of good items on the menu a lot of comfort food and homemade food that taste like scratch and very reasonable prices.
