Can Cracker Barrel gift cards be used for shopping and not for dining?

Yes. Last time I got a gift card I ate dinner and had $10 left so I bought some mallowmars and other candy from the country store. I paid for the meal and candy all at the same time. Unless the policy changed but I doubt it.
