Jake has mishandled my account on multiple occasions and over charged me 3 times now. I had my account frozen twice. Once for a 3 week vacation and 2nd for a out of state move. They're still charging me

Great facility! The staff are super helpful. Water massage beds are amazing. The equipment I want to use most is always available. Monday evenings seem to be the busiest. I had to cancel my membership because pregnancy fatigue is making it harder to actually use it, but once in ready to join a gym again, I'll definitely be back.

I used to enjoy going here but clientele hog the machines standing around it like it's a social gathering, many do not wipe machine when done. So many just stand flexing and posing in the mirror. I'm there for health reasons not a show. Also doors do not lock at night like they are supposed to, staff is aware and say there isn't any thing they can do about it, door feel safe. Wish it didn't go downhill, machines are getting old and worn. I need to find another place

The staff at this gym are fantastic. They have constantly been improving the gym since I first got my membership but what prompted me to write this review is an experience I had this morning. I filled out a survey that they sent to me via email and my only feedback was that I wanted another flat bench because sometimes we have to wait for it. Within a couple hours I received an email from the manager Joshua outlining their plans to not only add another bench but several other pieces of equipment in the next month or so. I have tried a couple other gyms in town but I can't say I have had the level of friendliness and customer service that they have here. The welcoming atmosphere definitely encourages me to come as consistently as I can. If you are looking for a gym in Titusville I highly recommend giving this one a try.

Yes, next to Publix on Garden, correct? I haven't checked in person in about that long, but called a few times to no avail so I figured it wasn't open yet. Is everything functional, like the tanning beds and REACT machine? If so, I'll stop by this week to enroll, thanks!
