Great food friendly staff everything came out fast and we were never without something to drink the atmosphere was fun too I liked watching all the different tvs

I’m not sure if it was because it was a Monday or what but our experience was awful. We had to ask for straws, then had to ask for silverware and napkins TWICE. We were never asked how our food was. The floor had French fries all over it and the tables were dirty meanwhile the employees were just sitting around. Then when we were done with our food we waited ten minutes and were walked by a few times and ignored. The place was dead. The lighting in there is oddly dark too. First time we ever left a 0$ tip. By far the worst service we have ever experienced.

The burger was good, but the fries weren't that warm. They tried to send me off without my soft drink for the takeout, so I had to ask for it (double check your takeout order). Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't especially professional. It's located inside the mall, which makes things a little inconvenient for takeout.

This is a great place to have a great burger and have a good time. Our server Sofie was very attentive and she has a great friendly attitude. I was actually in a bad mood when I came in but her infectious personality really made my night. They were short staffed and it was very busy so the food did take a little longer than expected. But everything came out hot and delicious. Drinks are a little overpriced but all around a great environment. I will definitely be returning!
