I would suggest you try somewhere else. Moya was great but no longer and I don't think they would be accommodating to food sensitivities.
Speaking as a chef, why don't you call and ask! If you avoid this place you are missing out. As a chef, i accommodate all customers coming to my place and i am sure the Moya chef would too.

You could get things like soup or salad. The real question is whether or not you have celiac disease. If so, you would have to probably specifically ask the chef to specially prepare dishes since even preparing something on the same surface could affect you. If you are just avoiding it for dietary reasons then you wont have to be as careful.
