They take wonderful care of the kitties. They make sure they go to good homes.. Strongly suggest adopting here, and if you've lost a kitty, go and see if it's there. You can also get t shirts, donate much needed cat litter, and food. And check for any events.

I recently took a stray there that I had been caring for but couldn’t keep myself (highly allergic). The facility is lovely and the cats are well cared for. I was sad to take him as I had become slightly attached but felt he was in the best place possible. Please donate to this wonderful organization…I did

Very clean shelter & very friendly staff. No matter how busy, everyone is knowledgeable to answer your concerns or questions. Best of all, if your ready to adopt and want to give your love to that special kitty, visit the free roam room, your heart will melt when you interact with all! This is Sammy, super friendly, very lovey, loves to play!

While I love that this shelter is free range for the animals, I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service at this facility. I was just yelled at about 15 minutes ago in a very condescending manner by the acting "manager" because they couldn't locate an email they requested from me. After resending and speaking with them several times, I called and was directed to the manager. She never introduced herself so I have no idea of her name (very unprofessional). Once on the phone, she essentially tried to insult my intelligence because I accidently missed a question on their application. When I informed her that the staff went over my application after taking it and never showed me the missed question, she began speaking very rudely about how I had to have read the entire application since I signed it, so the missed question was my fault. She even tried to insinuate that she doesn't have to be polite because her job isn't customer service - both of which are completely inaccurate. It's so sad that beautiful places set up to re-home these poor misplaced cats is run by people who lack patience, compassion and accountability. I explained to her that some people may have vision problems, which I do. I'm disgusted and highly upset by the way I was treated. All I wanted to do was get my special needs daughter a new pet for her 2nd birthday since our kitten Anna Nicole was taken by neighbors after getting outside 😢 I even thought we lucked up and found 2 fur babies (brothers 💙) to welcome to our family. Unfortunately, instead of giving shelter animals a second chance, I'll visit local pet stores in hopes of being treated with respect. I'm so disappointed and will be contacting the society that oversees this shelter. They are in dire need of some new administrative staff.

Yes!!!
Depending on the kind of donations, yes, we are.
I'm not sure of tnr programs.
I do apologize, but our shelter only houses cats. I shared your post on the Facebook page for the Carbon County shelter. I would suggest giving them a call in order to get additional assistance. Best of luck to you!
I don't work there sweetie sorry the number is there call them
Please call the shelter directly for further information.
That would take a lot of resources, especially if the animals are only there a few days. You can call and they will tell you what you need. Hope that helps
