What is the cut off time for entering with kids to the signature room? Last year I came with my son around 8pm and he was not allowed up (only 21+).

That's strange. I was there about a year ago and there were children well after 8 pm in the Signature Room. Now the Signature Lounge is a different story. That is a bar 1 floor above the restaurant.
