You don't need to pay for a reservation. The prices are definitely on the expensive side, but well worth it. If you want to save some money, go for lunch instead of dinner.

Yes 200 is plenty. To be honest the food isn't worth it the price is for the view....

You do not pay to reserve a table. The food is good and portions are decent. The prices are on proportion to the quality of the restaurant and the view. When you consider the prices verses other downtown restaurants, it is inexpensive.$200.00 is sufficient for 2 people.

The lamb rack is some of he best I've ever had in all my travels. You can reserve a table on their site, I thought it was a great value for the experience. If you are on a budget, do not order drinks. It'll easily push your bill over $200
The prices are moderate!! I've NEVER spent over ~$40 per person, one day they have a buffet for around ~$20 per person. What a room with a VIEW!!! we always made reservations around 1 PM ish
