The John Hancock Building. One of the best restaurants in Chicago with the BEST view and service!!!
The Hancock building and actually the best time the go is about 7 o'clock this way you could see the views in the daylight and watch the sunset and see it in the night trust me I proposed to my wife there and Couldn't decide rather did take her in the day or at night so I went right before daybreak !
Yes it is the john Hancock building. The best view was at night from the women's bathroom...lol
